Refined Faces by Ruth ("Refined Faces," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what information this website collects when you use it, how that information is used, and who it's shared with. It applies to refinedfacesbyruth.com only.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. There is one form on this site, and two direct ways to reach Ruth:

• Text or email (Contact page) — the "Text Ruth" and "Email Ruth" links simply open your own phone's messaging or email app. Whatever you send goes straight to Ruth's business phone or inbox; this website itself doesn't collect or store it.
• Bridal inquiry form (Bridal page) — this form is provided and hosted by HoneyBook, a third-party booking platform. Anything you enter there is submitted directly to HoneyBook and governed by HoneyBook's own privacy policy, not this one.

We do not use cookies or advertising trackers on this site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are viewed; it is cookie-free, does not build a profile of you, and does not identify you personally.

How we use it

Anything you text or email to Ruth is used only to respond to your inquiry, discuss booking your service, and follow up about your event. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services on this site

A few outside services help run this website. Each has its own privacy practices, linked below:

• Cloudflare — hosts and serves this site and provides its privacy-friendly, cookie-free visitor analytics. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• HoneyBook — powers the Bridal inquiry form. See HoneyBook's privacy policy.
• Vimeo — hosts the video on the home page. Loading that video may involve Vimeo setting its own cookies. See Vimeo's privacy policy.
• Google Fonts — this site's typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which means your browser sends a request (including your IP address) to Google to fetch them. See Google's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep the texts and emails you send only as long as needed to respond to you and, if you book, to deliver your service — after that, we delete them when no longer needed for those purposes.
